Presentation

Château Paradis Casseuil wines are characterised by fresh, fruity flavours and floral aromas. It can be enjoyed while still young.

The vintage

Seasonal changes in the weather were much earlier compared to the averages for the last 60 years. From January to April there was relatively little rain.
From May to July, the morning dew combined with low humidity and high temperatures required enormous vigilance from our technicians in order to keep the vines in good health.
August and September benefited from some rain, enabling the grapes to ripen very satisfactorily until the harvests.

Tasting

Colour: deep purple.
Nose: powerful and aromatic, with aromas of dark berries (blackberries, blueberries), spices and candied liquorice.
Palate: generous, full-bodied, with silky, well-integrated tannins, and a lovely fruity, liquorice finish.
